Get Active Indoors
With many people stuck at home, K2 has created the Skateletics Home Workouts to keep you active and on your skates while social distancing! These workouts are broken down by general skill level, but know your limits! Start slow and be cautious when first trying these workouts.
We recommend a "dry" run of each exercise without skates on to make sure you are able to execute them confidently. Once you feel comfortable, then add your skate into the mix, remembering to stay cautious and respect your body's limits.
Whether you are doing these on skates or not, you're sure to work up a sweat!
