Payment Options

Credit Cards

Payments from the following credit card providers are accepted:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Discover

Only one credit card payment is allowed per order. Your credit card will be charged when your order is prepared for shipment/pickup.

The correct billing address on file with your credit card provider must be provided when your order is placed. Providing an incorrect billing address may result in a delay with your order.

PayPal and Venmo

PayPal and Venmo payments are offered for most orders. If your order is eligible for either of these payment methods, they will be offered in the Payment Option step of the checkout. PayPal and Venmo payments are processed immediately.

Please note that the confirmed address on your PayPal/Venmo account is required to match the shipping address submitted on your order.

Afterpay

Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments made every 2 weeks without any interest. For more information, view Afterpay Information.

Gift Cards

You may redeem up to 10 Inline Warehouse gift cards per order. Gift cards can be redeemed on the Payment Method page during checkout.

Inline Warehouse Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional Inline Warehouse Gift Cards.

Payment Security

Pre-Authorization Verification

Some orders may be selected to undergo a pre-authorization verification before the order is processed and shipped. This is an extra security measure to protect you, the cardholder, from credit card fraud. If this step is required for your order, you will receive an email request within 24 hours of your order submission.

To complete this verification, a small charge (between $0.01 and $5.00) is placed on the credit card provided on your order. When you see this small charge on your bank account, contact us to verify the exact amount of the charge and unlock your order.

Once confirmed, pre-authorization charge will be deducted from your order total.

Customer Protection

Inline Warehouse makes customer security a top priority. All pages requesting personal and payment information during the checkout process provide encrypted data transmission. This security is denoted in the web address beginning with "https".

A valid phone number and verifiable billing and shipping addresses are required with each order. We may call to verify the billing and shipping information for any order. At our discretion, we may require an order only be shipped to the billing address associated with the payment method. In such a situation, you will be contacted to determine how you would like to proceed with the order.

Inline Warehouse reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

Taxes, Duties & Fees

All domestic orders (within the U.S.) are charged taxes based on the delivery address provided on the order. No additional taxes, duties or fees will be required at the time of delivery. International orders are not charged U.S. taxes but may be subject to additional customs handling fees, duties and taxes charged by the shipping company and/or local government at the time of delivery. Inline Warehouse guarantees on-time, accurate orders, and the lowest prices available in the United States. Orders may be placed via our secure online ordering system or over the phone with a Customer Service Representative.

Inline Warehouse stands behind the authenticity of everything we sell. All of our products are brand new, first quality, and guaranteed to be authentic.

To ensure that our items are authentic, we work directly and exclusively with representatives of the brands we carry. We inspect products when they arrive in our warehouse and we stand behind every sale. If you are concerned about the authenticity or quality of an item you received from us, simply Contact Us and we will promptly provide a solution.

100% Price Protection Policy

We offer price protection on all items we sell. If you find an item available for a lower price on an authorized US-based online site or retail store within 7 days of your purchase date, we will refund you 100% of the difference between the lower price and our price.

The purchase price of an item includes any promotional offers and does not include taxes.

Price matching requests must be submitted by email and include your order number and a link that leads directly to item being offered at a lower price. When you make a request, the exact item you purchased (brand, model, color, size, width, etc.) must be available to order at a lower price.

You may make one request per product purchased. If your purchase qualifies, you'll receive a refund 100% of the price difference.

We do not match prices that are a result of bonus or free offers, special offers, buy one - get one free offers, manufacturer rebates, financing offers, clearance or closeout prices on current product, or prices on used, damaged or defective items. Prices from auction sites or pre-paid membership clubs will not be accepted.

Additional promotional, club or discount codes cannot be applied after an item has been price matched. Typographical errors on competitor's sites will not be matched. We reserve the right to limit purchase quantities on price matched items.

Additional price matching restrictions may vary by brand.

Discounts

We offer limited, exclusive discounts and promotions to our mailing list and social media communities. To receive these offers, subscribe to our mailing list and social media. Orders are limited to one discount per order. Should you add multiple codes to your order, only the highest discount will be applied.

Discount Partnership Program

Select teams, organizations, and clubs may be eligible for exclusive discounts through our team partnership program. Please email our Team Sales Department for more information.

Military and First Responder Discounts

Inline Warehouse is honored to provide Military, Police, Fire, and Emergency Medical personnel with a 10% discount on all applicable orders. To receive your discount, we ask that you supply a current, valid ID demonstrating your association for verification purposes (please blackout or 'redact' any sensitive information as needed). For service members uncomfortable sending a copy of their ID, please see your Commissioned Officer Supervisor for a proof of service memorandum. After verifying your affiliation, we will destroy the ID copy sent to us and record validation of the discount in your customer file for future purchases. Thank you all for your invaluable service to our country and communities.

Promo Codes

Coupons and Promo Codes should be entered into the Promo Code box in the shopping cart. The code you enter will be validated before asking you if you would like to apply it to your order. Once redeemed, you will be taken back to your cart and any applicable discounts will be displayed.

Exclusions

Discounts may not be applicable to restricted sale items, promo items, gift cards, taxes, shipping, and similar charges. Only one coupon, offer, discount, or promotion is allowed per item.

Products are subject to manufacturer-imposed advertising restrictions are not eligible for discounts.

Product Availability

All items on our site are in stock unless otherwise noted during the ordering process. Our site shows real time inventory so you can always see the most accurate availability for products.

Backorders

Items that are available to backorder will be indicated with an orange outline on the selection box along with a message indicating when the item is expected to be available to ship. By placing an order for one of these items, you are reserving the item from our next available shipment. Backorder dates are estimated and are subject to change.

Dropshipped Items

These items are sold by Inline Warehouse and shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. Dropships are noted at the top of the ordering section and in the shopping cart. The availability of these items is confirmed with the manufacturer regularly to ensure that we are only offering products that are in stock at their warehouse and ready to ship. Should there be a stock issue with a dropshipped item, you will be contacted for your preference on how to proceed.

Pre-Order Items

Items that are available to pre-order will be indicated with an orange outline on the selection box along with a message indicating when the item is expected to be available to ship. Warranties & Defects

All of the items we sell are covered under any applicable vendor warranties offered by the manufacturer.

Please contact us about return procedures for any product you deem to be defective.

All defective merchandise is subject to inspection to determine if the issue is a result of a manufacturer's defect, normal wear and tear, or misuse.

Tax Exempt

Companies, organizations, and schools can apply to become tax-exempt customers of Inline Warehouse. Please review your state's requirements before applying.

If you want to apply for or update your exemptions using your existing account, please use the returning customer login. Otherwise, create an account here and enter the password you would like to use. If there are any problems, we will contact you by email or phone. Once you have applied and been accepted, your tax-exempt status will automatically be applied to your orders during checkout.

Refunds will not be issued for previous purchases of those who did not have a tax-exempt account at the time of purchase.

Your tax exemption is only valid for the states in which you provided certificates. If you ship to another state not covered by your exemptions, you will be required to pay tax.
