Overview
The K2 FIT 80 ALU Skates can cruise around if you want to with easy to manage 80mm wheels, but with ALUminum frames they outperform other 80mm models in the K2 lineup with more efficient energy transfer to the wheels for those that also are looking to do some light fitness skating activities. You still get to enjoy the comfort of K2 SoftBoots that they are known for whether skating for fun or for fitness.
Features K2 80mm 80A wheels (ABEC5 Bearings) that are soft enough for indoor rink skating. They can also smooth out the bumps when skating outdoors. However, if skating strictly outdoors, replacing with harder (82A or higher) wheels after these are worn down will improve speed and durability. K2 SoftBoots (integrated liners - not removable) are well-ventilated and comfortable right out of the box without any need for break-in. Skates come with a brake attached.
Speed Lacing: Pulls tight and stays tight with a lace-locking tab. Store extra lacing in a velcro pouch on the tongue. Push the tab to loosen.
