Great skates and excellent customer serviceThese are fantastic skates for our 8 year old daughter. They are comfortable and very smooth. We also had a great customer service experience. We ordered these and another pair for our son for Christmas and a day or two after we placed the order we received an email from a representative saying that they assumed they were going to be gifts and one pair wouldn't be able to arrive before Christmas. They offered an upgrade to another model at no charge to make sure the kids had gifts to open Christmas morning and we're very gracious. Will definitely order from here again
