Trinity Frame Mounting Insight
Skaters are pushing the limits of the sport more than ever before with new skating styles and larger wheels, creating the need for technology to better handle the demands being placed on equipment. Powerslide answered this need with the Trinity Mounting System. By staying true to their beliefs that skates should not only perform better but also be faster, more secure, more agile and easier to control, PS introduces the future of skating.

The benefits of Trinity:
1. Better Balance
By moving the frame mounting points to flank the ball of the foot, Trinity Mounting creates a much more stable platform than the traditional mounting system that puts the anchor in the middle of your foot.
2. Better Power Transfer
Three points of contact reduce the energy loss, making your skating stride more efficient! The triangle formation harnesses the power from the inside of your foot through your stride.
3. Less Vibration
By increasing the number of contact points and spreading them out, vibrations will be better dispersed to make rides on rough surfaces more comfortable.
4. Better Slides and Jumps
The wider base in the front of the boot allows for better control through the slide and gives you a better "feel" for where your tipping point is. The added handling and control also makes your jumps easier to land.
5. Lowest Possible Center of Gravity
By putting the front mounting points on either side of the wheels instead of above them, Powerslide found they were able to create a channel under the boot and lower the center of gravity to provide a much quicker response, regardless of wheel size.
6. More Sensitivity and Easier to Control
The two points in the front of the skate make it more responsive to your side-to-side weight transfer and because it also grants you additional balance, you can feel more confident in your stride to push yourself harder!
