The Powerslide Swell 100 3D Adapt Inline Skates in Electric Pink are definitely a statement piece with all of the latest technologies to back it. The 3D Adapt padding is made of layers of foam and cast PU material which avoids all of your major pressure points and it doesn't break down like traditional padding. The padding goes all around your foot from the tongue to the sole of your boot with plenty of ventilation for a great and comfortable workout. The cuff and upper abrasion-resistant material make your ankles feel supported while also being very durable. The toe cap is made of a molded TPU as well as the eyelets so that your laces will hold strong without wearing the eyelets down

All of this sits on top of the TRINITY X mounting for great stability, power transfer, and a lower center of gravity. With lightweight ADC10 aluminum frames and a steady but fast wheel of 100mm and 85A hardness. The super-high rebound on the wheels have a lot of bounce in their urethan and the Wicked ABEC7 bearings encourage speed.

Specifications

KEY TECHNOLOGIES
3D Adapt Padding
Replaced traditional stitching methods with multiple layers of foam padding, with casted polyurethane. Sections are instead constructed with different density PU's. A harder anatomically designed bottom shape for support, and a softer PU ankle and tongue padding for comfort. Doesn't break down like regular padding for better value and allowed for features such as integrated ventilation channels and built-in lacing.
Trinity X Mounting
The combination of the 'along' mounting block of the boot with the 'across' mounting slot of the frame. This allows for frame adjustment both laterally (7mm) and front to back (8mm) to individual preference and/or to correct ankles from wanting to roll (pronation/supination). Trinity frames mount at three points with two off-set winged mounts under the ball of the foot that creates a channel for the wheels to lower the skate, adding stability and power at push-off.
HABS Height Adjustable Brake System
An easy and secure brake that allows for the brake pad to adjust up and down to prolong the life of the rubber. A rear axle that is threaded at both ends allows for installation and removal of the brake with four outer screws that eliminate having to remove the axle or wheel.
3D Casted Frames
Perfectly shaped around the wheels to optimize the space. 3D construction enhances stiffness and power transfer to offer characteristics similar to those found in CNC machined frames. To learn more about the swell models click here!

Sizing Chart

GENERAL SKATE SIZING GUIDELINES
Measure both feet with socks similar to those in which you intend to skate. Then use the measurement of the longest point and reference the model-specific size chart to determine size. How to Measure Your Feet for Skates.
Proper fit has the toes not being cramped against the front. Toes may slightly brush the front as heels will settle back when in the skating position. Try on skates indoors while in a seated position. Lace and buckle both skates, tap your heels to the floor, and then stand and bend your knees to simulate the skating position. How to Try on Inline Skates for Fit.
Slim to average width. Displayed in Women's - Designed for both Men and Women.
Add .5cm for a relaxed fit - Add 1.0 cm for wide feet.

Great skateIt is a very comfortable skate but if you use insole arches in the shoes as a daily basis remember to buy hard insoles for the skates so your foot arch doesn’t hurt

Much bigger than other PowerslidesI bought this skate in the same size as two PS Phuzion (Argon and Enzo) that were too short and narrow. I loosed their laces completely, and still, my toes were going numb. This skate is very different, longer, with a roomy toe box. It is too big. I laced them on as tight as I could. However, in spite of having a lot of space in front of and above my toes, after a few minutes, I could still feel the plastic side of the boot rubbing the outside of my foot. They seem to still be too narrow, or I just don't like the soft-hard boot transition on the outside of the ball of my foot. While I might have tried a smaller size, the K2 Alexis I also tried is much faster to put on, and are pretty comfortable. I am more likely to try a K2 Trio next.

Too wideI followed the size chart and ordered the recommended size, but it was still too long and far too wide even with the double insoles in place. Unfortunately, that was the smallest size made in these skates so this model is just not gonna work for me. It's too bad because it seemed like a great skate otherwise. I ended up going with one of the Phuzion models which is much narrower and shorter even though the size chart says they should be the same length as the Swells. I normally wear a women's size 7 to 7 1/2 shoe.

Awesome skates & great customer service. The product arrived much faster than expected. I needed to exchange for sizing (the skates ran large) and the replacement also came quickly. Will purchase again
