Power-Focused Playing Style
This style suits players who thrive on generation strong, top end speed through longer and forceful strides. They come with a stiffer boot that efficiently transfers energy into the rink for maximum power with every stride.Acceleration-Focused Playing Style
For players who rely on quick bursts of speed and agile movements to dominate the game, this type of skate is ideal. These offer a moderately stiff boot that balances support with mobility. These these skates, you can swiftly change direction, make sudden moves and accelerate rapidly.

Cut Protection Level

This is the general level of protection against cuts.
- Minimum: Basic protection suitable for competitive play
- Standard: Balanced protection for intense gameplay. Protects against more severe cuts.
- Maximum: Highest level of cut resistance for elite gameplay. Ideal for competitive adult hockey and designed for the biggest and fastest players.

The USD Core Tri-Pack Protective Combo makes it easy to get certified protection for wrists, elbows, and knees all at once. The classic USD logos look cool too. This comprehensive set is perfect to instill confidence at the skate park, or when pushing the limits with other action sports. It doesn't matter if you are a casual skater, newbie, or a pro. Skaters often put themselves in dangerous situations. The streets and skateparks can be very unforgiving, so having pads with hard polyethylene caps that disperse the energy when falling can save your limbs from bearing the impact and/or protect from abrasions.
The knee and elbows are made with 1680D Nylon, have large polyethylene (PE) caps, thick high-density EVA foam, and terrycloth lining. All anatomically shaped to be comfortable without restricting movement. They have a sock construction, which means they are sleeved to slip on, but also include elastic nylon and velcro straps to keep them secure. The wrist guards also secure with with elastic nylon and a velcro strap, with polyester and polyurethane (PU) leather uppers, a terrycloth lining, finger pull-tabs, and PE splints on the palm.
