The Warrior Novium 3 Pro Hockey Stick is made for snipers seeking powerful shooting with consistent accuracy in a lightweight build that's designed to dominate at the highest levels of the game.
Featuring an updated Bevel Taper, the Novium 3 Pro uses a stiff taper zone to provide added control and accuracy that loads higher up the shaft for increased leverage and shot power. This refined taper profile makes loading the stick easier and more accurate, giving players a powerful release with improved consistency.
Warrior's Minimus Carbon 25 and R.L. 199 construction combine lightweight carbon fibers with a toughened resin system to create a strong, balanced stick without unnecessary weight. This premium construction provides the durability needed to withstand high-level play while maintaining a lightweight, responsive feel in the hands.
At the blade, Warrior's FuelCore Ultra design is made with a tough polymer core and reinforced rib construction to give players Warrior's most responsive blade. Strategic reinforcement helps the blade maintain its structure through repeated shots and passes, delivering consistent puck feel and performance even after heavy use.
Rounding out the stick is Warrior's O.G. Shaft Shape, featuring flat sidewalls and rounded corners for a comfortable, controlled grip. Lightweight, powerful, and built to perform, the Novium 3 Pro gives goal scorers what they need to find the back of the net from anywhere in the offensive zone.

| GENERAL STICK FLEX AND SIZING RECOMMENDATION | |
|---|---|
| We recommend choosing the hockey stick flex that puts your specific height and weight at the middlemost point in both categories. A common rule of thumb is to select a flex rating by dividing your body weight in two and subtracting another 10-15 flex points. See the flex chart and articles below for more detailed information on sizing and selecting hockey sticks. |
