Overview
The Rollerblade Lightning 110 Skates are fast and smooth with 110mm wheels with the versatility to skate as an urban freeskate, to skate for fitness and cross-training, commuting, or skating just to have fun! However you choose to skate them, you can count on the 110mm wheels to cover ground quickly and to smooth out the cracks and bumps. The Lightning mold is unisex in its design, so it is intended for both men and women.
Rollerblade's Memory Buckles (45-degree AND cuff buckles) micro-adjust to fit, unlatch quickly and easily to get out, and then are able to get you back in at the same precise fit you enjoyed previously without any adjustment (also prevents your buckles straps from wearing down). The molded plastic shell is highly responsive, but with a forgiving fit that isn't overly snug. Multiple cutouts offer ventilation to keep feet cool and dry, even when skating for long periods. Anatomical, sublimated, and removable liners hold feet comfortably and safely in position. Performance Skate Insoles and shock absorbers under the heel withstand impacts and provide additional comfort. Each boot covers a full size range (i.e. 9.0-9.5) to make sizing easy. This is done by placing the Footboard Sizer (included) under the footbed to raise/lower the foot and changing the volume inside of the boot. Metal frame mounting blocks at the base attach strong extruded aluminum frames (removable and adjustable) for efficient energy transfer and synergy between the boot and frame.

Great skate, just get a bigger sizeMy daughter really likes these skates. Comfortable. Stylish and Fast.
However the sizing on the website is not super clear if it is for men or women.
We ordered the 7/7.5 and they where too small so we went to 8/8.5 and the fit her perfectly fine.
Solid but not comfortableWhere the buckles are attached to the outer boot is very uncomfortable on the inside. The attachment point rubs against ankle. Needs more padding or that hard plastic section should be molded outward to accommodate the buckle attachment point. Otherwise it is a solid skate. This skate replaced my 30 year old Rollerblades that where the most comfortable skate I ever put on.
I didn’t get thatUgh, I expected so much more from these skates. The reality is that… they hurt a bit… my calf, right where the skate boot tightens. And also… the skates are really heavy. It’s even difficult to step up onto the curb because of how heavy they are. Honestly, I expected a lot more… smoothness, lightness… and comfort. And I didn’t get that.”

Great for dudesI tried these on upon recommendation that they would work for a woman. They didn't. The length was right, but the width of the foot was a bit too wide, and the width of the ankle was wide enough that the smallest possible buckle setting with a thick sock was still too loose, and the skate was never going to be stable. Make no mistake - "unisex" means designed for a man, and women can try to make it work if they have the right foot dimensions. I wear a women's size 9.5 running shoe/8.5 casual shoe, medium width. I ordered this skate in 8.5 "unisex" - correct length but too roomy. It's too bad because it's a nice skate, great geometry, & nice quality buckle system. I appreciate IW's return policy. Thank you.

Great rollerbladesTook us a few tries to get the right size even when using the size guide and measuring my husbands foot. He thinks these run small based on the measurements so if you’re right on the edge of the measurement sizes go up.

ExcellentThis is a solid pair! went from 90 to 110 wheels. The boots are relatively comfortable, no hot spots. The transition to bigger wheels is easy. It seems to help with rougher surfaces, and a little faster, I think. Next I'll try to find a frame that fits these boots for 125 wheels for longer distance, and even rougher roads.
I still have bottom-feet pain in the first 15 minutes. After that it goes away. Not sure if it is the orthotics/foot bed is causing this(?)

Dream skateI have always been a rink inline skater and finally looked into street/urban skating when my new town lacked a rink. I researched a ton, tried some 4x80s, and found they werent fast enough and had too much vibration on my poor country roads. I got these instead and not only are they smooth and fast, they also fit like a dream! I have wide feet and they're absolutely perfect, which is rare in a performance boot. My usual shoe size is a 7.5 which happened to match the foot measurments for the same size range in this skate. I just can't believe how fun and comfortable they are.

Best Rollerblades everI've used many different brands but these are by far my favorite. They ride so smooth on any surface including indoor and outdoor. The two straps allows my foot to stay in place and does move at all preventing blisters from forming around my ankles. I attached the brake it came with and was able to take it right off after I felt comfortable enough. As I mentioned above they ride so smooth and are silent when riding!
Great rollerblades and designI like the 3 wheel design and the smoothness of skating in them at skating rinks either the kiddos. Outside skating is different with paved roads just takes sometime to get used to but the skates are so secure I feel confident in my rides.

Exactly what I was looking for!I love these skates, I live in New Orleans where the roads are not the best. These skates allow me to have confidence no matter what surface of road I am skating on. They’re extremely comfortable and I can skate for hours without pain.
On another note Inline Warehouse are amazing! I originally purchased the 90s and they were not a fit for my skating style, the return process was incredibly simple and streamlined. I will always be purchasing skates from Inline Warehouse and recommending them to friends and family in the future!
AwesomeThis is higher inside than the RB skates.. which is a lot better if you use an insole due to a flat foot like me.. good bye low back and feet pain.. besides.. I love the memory buckles.. I changed the laces for elastic ones of the same color.. I can not say enough how convenient are these buckles plus elastic laces.. super fast to put on and off.. love these skates
ComfyI have only 20 miles on them so far, but for new skates, they are very comfortable. My previous skate were also 110 with a different brand, so I don’t see much, if any, difference in performance. Except for that previous pair, I’ve skated on Rollerblades almost since they were invented (about 1000 miles each year), so it’s nice to get back to a familiar brand. So far, it’s a thumbs up.

Wide foot approved with many complimentsVery comfortable, stylish and fast. I really like the adjustable buckles. Quick to put on and take off or make adjustments on the fly. Hydrogen wheels roll smoothly but wear fast outdoors. Used indoors too to great effect. Have received several positive comments about them from other inliners. 5 stars!
