Poor fit, insecureI did all the measuring to make sure I was getting the recommended size (MD). I don't have small arms or large knees. However, the elbow protectors are so loose (the stretchy bits aren't stretched at all, but loose) that they fall down my arms. The knee straps are so tight I can barely get the velcro to make contact. The hand/wrist covers are a bit tight. The feel overall is a little light and cheap.
