Returns & Exchange:
In the event you would like to exchange or return an item, there are no re-stocking fees. Simply print and complete our Returns & Exchange form
(also located on the back of your invoice), and make sure your item meets the following requirements.
- 365 Day Return Policy. You may return your purchase for up to 365 days from the purchase date. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box.
- Your item is NOT USED. This means no scuffs, scratches, dirt, all parts are included, item is in original undamaged packaging, and
CAN BE SOLD AS NEW. Clothing is to be unwashed and with no unusual odors. Any item(s) sent to IW that does not meet any of these
requirements will be returned to the customer.
- Your item is not a "custom" item. There are no returns on customized sticks, customized helmets, customized skates, etc...
- No undergarments. IW will not accept undergarments back for return or exchange (jocks, cups, jock shorts, compression jock shorts, etc...).
- There is no tape, sticker, shipping label, or any other foreign object directly on the item. This tends to be a major problem with skates and shoe boxes. Doing so will result in your return and/or exchange being denied and you will
be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
FREE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL to be used for SKATES ONLY (Continental
USA). If returning skates, you may use the pre-paid label
included with your order. If the label is used, IW will be billed the cost.
Should the label be used for any item other than skates, IW will
charge you for the pre-paid amount of this label ($20). Please use the
pre-paid label for SKATES ONLY. Write down your tracking #. IW cannot
accept responsibility for packages lost in shipment.
IW prides itself on quick and accurate shipping. Should there be a discrepancy with your order, we require notification within 48 hours of receipt.
All returns and/or exchanges are to be shipped to the address above (same as on your invoice). It is best if you include a copy of your invoice, but this is not mandatory.
You may also call or place your order for an exchange ahead of time. We simply charge your card for the replacement, and then issue
a credit for the returned item upon its arrival. We will only give credit if the item is in NEW condition.
Return Shipping: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless something was shipped in error, or you purchased skates. Skates qualify for free return
shipping (Continental USA). To do so, use the pre-paid shipping label included in all USA skate orders. If the label is used, Inline Warehouse will be billed the cost.
Should the label be used for any item other than skates, IW will charge you for the pre-paid amount of this label ($20). Please use the pre-paid shipping label for skates only.
Warranty Issues:
If a puchased item is suspected of being defective, it may be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Contact IW immediately if a item is suspected to be defective. IW will work with the
manufacturer to obtain an RMA# (returned merchandise authorization). Note: most manufacturers will not work with consumers directly. IW will then provide you with the RMA# to send directly to the
manufacturer, or instruct to ship to us. Once received and inspected, the manufacturer will fix, replace or credit our account. IW then will either ship you the fixed/replaced product,
or refund your payment. For any questions regarding the warranty on such items, feel free to contact us at info@inlinewarehouse.com or

Price Matching / Price Changes:
IW will match or beat any posted overall price from another site. All we ask is that the item being matched is IN STOCK on the site to be matched and not a CLOSEOUT or
CLEARANCE item. If on clearance, a price may be reduced just to move out one or a few remaining items. If in question, just ask and we will be happy to check for you. Shipping, oversized,
and handling fees are factored in the price match. Our lowest overall price guarantee is valid for up to 7 days after your purchase date. Once you order has shipped, a store credit will be
issued for the difference.
First Time Orders
In an effort to protect ourselves as well as cardholders from fraud, we ask that first time customers have their billing and shipping addresses match. Once customer history is established, orders may ship wherever you like. If unavoidable, we naturally will work on a case by case basis to get your order out. Thanks in advance for your understanding on this matter.

- We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Discover Cards
- COD. You must be 18 years old and there is a $7.50 service charge.
To order by COD, call and place your order by phone. COD's must be paid
for with a Money Order - NO PERSONAL CHECKS
- MONEY ORDER. To pay by money order, call and place your order by phone
to get an order # and total. Mail in the Money Order and your order
will ship the same day it arrives.
- PAYPAL. Recommended for first time customers wanting to ship to an address
other than the billing address of their credit card. Simply open an account
at PayPal.com if you don't have one already and order online.
Definition of Terms on the Web Site:
You may see some terms on our site and not know what they mean. Below are examples and definitions for what you might see in the "in stock" column once clicking on a product. This column
features real-time inventory and will inform you of the status of this particular item.
- 2+ = There are 2 or more of this item in stock.
- 6/25/xx = If you see a date next to an item, this means the item is out of stock, but we have already ordered more from the manufacturer. The date you see is the date we expect to receive
the item from the manufacturer. We will ship most items the same day we receive them from the manufacturer. Items that arrive late in the day may ship the following business day.
- 7 days = It will take us 7 days to get this item into our warehouse and ready for shipping. The Item is not currently on a purchase order. If a customer is to place an order
for this item, then IW will special order the item from the manufacturer.
- Sold Out = The item is currently sold out. Either the item has been discontinued by the manufacture and is no longer available, or the manufacturer doesnt know when more of the item
will be available.
- FREE Shipping = You qualify for FREE GROUND SHIPPING by ordering $99 or more. A shipping credit will automatically be applied to cover ground shipping. This credit is to be used for ground
shipping only, and will not be applied to shipping methods other than ground. Please remember that sticks, shafts, leg pads, wet gear racks and wheel bags must be shipped separately. For example,
we cant ship a stick and helmet together. Please order these oversized items separately. Orders for oversized items will be treated as separate orders and will need to meet the $99 minimum to qualify

International Shipments:

- Importing Duties/Fees and or taxes. We do not charge any taxes, but the
country in which you reside may charge duties to import. Consult your
customs agent for such fees as they are ever changing and different for
each country.
Sizing Charts:

sizing only. Personal preferences may warrant different sizing
choices.

Cookies:
We collect non-personal information about your use of our site, directly and through the use of cookies. Cookies are small computer files that we transfer to your computer's hard drive that allow us to know how often someone visits our site. This information helps us to customize our web site specifically for you and also allows us to statistically monitor how many people are using our site and for what purpose. Cookies can not retrieve personal information from your computer.
Security:
Our online ordering system uses industry standard SSL security encryption. Your information is transmitted using an encryption algorithm that only we can decode. We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card number when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
Easton:
Easton products can only be shipped to U.S. addresses.
Maska U.S. Inc:
All Maska products, including the RBK, CCM, and Koho brands, can only be shipped to U.S. addresses.
Nike Bauer:
Nike Bauer products can only be shipped to U.S. addresses.
Coupon Codes:
Not applicable to products subject to manufacturer imposed advertising
restrictions. Limit one coupon code per order.
