Overview
The True XC9 Shin Guard features a thick, 3D molded shell for solid impact energy dispersion. Since the shell's liner is also suspended away from the shell, the leg stays much more protected from intense impacts like big blocked shots or hacks down low. Compressed EVA foam protects the sides of the calves and are reinforced with plastic inserts. Because of its closed-cell design, the calf protection repels water rather than absorbing it, keeping protection lightweight all-game long.
Internally, the XC9 has a removable microfiber liner for quicker drying times, washing, or fit adjustment. It manages sweat and moisture by wicking it away from the skin and is constructed with a very comfortable, lightweight foam. The leg will remain locked into the surrounding protection by the use of a large 3" elastic calf strap and 1" elastic knee anchor strap.
