Overview
The True Catalyst PX Stick breaks the super-light barrier at 370 grams (85 flex) without compromising strength, power or accuracy. With next-level new technologies like the Tri Rib Tech (TRT) blade and the ResFlo Resin System; every player will shoot better and more efficiently regardless of their shooting style.
A significant portion of weight was removed from the blade but the immaculate, dampened puck feel remains. The Tri Rib Tech (TRT) utilizes three strategically placed bridges that create better durability, more accuracy and even more consistency in feel. The all-new foam package also helps to create a buttery soft feel for the puck that makes dangling and catching passes a dream.
Unlike some other super-light mid-kick sticks on the market, the True Catalyst PX Stick boasts a true, traditional mid-kick point that rips shots like a power shooter would expect. This is hard to do at this weight since creating a mid-kick point stick requires more materials (and more weight) to stiffen the lower part of the shaft.
In order to achieve this still stunning 370-gram weight, True went to the drawing board and came up with ResFlo Technology. This next-generation design process allows them to use less resin (the glue that holds the carbon together) without comprising strength or longevity. ResFlo and their premium spread-tow carbon fiber don't just reduce weight, their energy transfer efficiency is proven to make you shoot harder.

ResFlo Technology This next-generation design process reduces the amount of resin (glue) needed to build the stick; resulting in a more consistent and lighter product without compromising strength. | |
Tri Rib Technology (TRT) This new three-rib internal structure significantly improves durability and accuracy while reducing weight. The bottom most rib reinforced the heel that typically wears first, as well as a middle rib placed exactly at puck-contact height for maximum accuracy. | |
Precision Laminate Design (PLD) An advanced process that uses thinner layers of carbon fiber to create thinner, lighter shaft walls with the same level of strength and durability. |

GENERAL STICK FLEX AND SIZING RECOMMENDATION | |
---|---|
We recommend choosing the hockey stick flex that puts your specific height and weight at the middlemost point in both categories. A common rule of thumb is to select a flex rating by dividing your body weight in two and subtracting another 10-15 flex points. See the flex chart and articles below for more detailed information on sizing and selecting hockey sticks. |
