- Maximum: Highest level of cut resistance for elite gameplay. Ideal for competitive adult hockey and designed for the biggest and fastest players.

The Shock Doctor Ultra Compression Neck Guard Shirt features BNQ & CE certified cut-resistant aramid fibers to give laceration protection around the neck. It has a soft knit lining, durable outer materials, and an easy Velcro closure for added comfort, compression and protection.
Down low, players benefit from several features that keep them comfortable and performing at their top level. Shock Doctor's SleeveLock System is an integrated elbow pad retention wrap within the sleeve that folds back over your elbow pad. This locks and holds your elbow pad in place from puck drop to the final buzzer. Additionally, the elbow portion of the sleeve is loaded with a silicone grip to further keep the elbow pad locked into place.
Built with a compression fit, it features a Bio-Shape design that matches your body's natural curve and shape, providing superior comfort and performance. Lastly, strategic mesh venting increases heat release without restricting comfort or movement.
