Overview
The Sherwood Rekker SWD Lite Women's Hockey Shoulder Pads provide lightweight protection, mobility, and a customizable anatomical fit designed specifically for female hockey players. Developed for women's hockey and tested by pro players, the SWD design contours naturally to the female body for comfortable coverage with unrestricted mobility.
Sherwood's MODiFIT adjustable front vest system uses Velcro adjustments beneath the sternum to customize the contour of the vest for a more personalized fit around the torso. Anatomical Isolated Zones (AIZ) throughout the shoulder pads move with the player's body, providing 360-degree coverage while maintaining flexibility for natural movement during play.
The Customizable Impact Protection (CIP) system adds adjustability at the belly pad, rib straps, and biceps, allowing players to fine-tune the fit and protective coverage to their preference. Internally, a Microban® antimicrobial liner helps combat odor-causing bacteria to keep the shoulder pads fresher between games.

| GENERAL SHOULDER PAD SIZING GUIDELINES | |

| Measure the circumference of your chest roughly 1" below the armpit using a soft measuring tape, string, or shoelace. Correspond this measurement to the sizing chart and cross-reference your height. Personal preference may come into consideration in case there is an overlap between two shoulder pad sizes. For more coverage, go with the larger size. Choose the smaller size for a lower-profile fit and better responsiveness. |
