The Sherwood Code Photon Pro Hockey Shin Guards deliver elite-level protection in a lightweight, low-profile design built for fast, physical players. Sherwood's tapered fit keeps the shin guards close to the legs without feeling restrictive, reducing extra bulk for unrestricted mobility and a streamlined feel on the ice.
High-impact areas are reinforced with Sherwood's Nitrex® impact foam, providing lightweight, flexible protection through the kneecap and calf wrap to help absorb and disperse repeated impacts. FeatherLite XT construction combines lightweight HPE, EVA, and Zotefoams® inserts to maximize impact protection without unnecessary weight, with strategic ventilation and breathable materials promoting airflow for lasting comfort.
Sherwood's 360 Wrap system uses elongated, tapered straps to contour naturally around the leg for a secure, locked in fit during intense play. Customizable Impact Protection (CIP) adds an adjustable thigh guard and removable liner, allowing players to personalize their fit and coverage. High-wear areas are reinforced with Sherwood's Abrasion Guard for added durability, and Microban® antimicrobial technology helps combat odor-causing bacteria to keep the liner feeling fresh throughout the game.

| GENERAL SHIN GUARD SIZING GUIDELINES | |

| Sitting at a 90-degree angle, measure from the bottom of your kneecap to the top of your foot parallel to your ankle and round to the nearest inch. This measurement equals your shin guard size when worn over the skate tongue. Correspond this measurement with the "Tongue In" column below. This is the most popular style since it offers more coverage and the best mobility. | |
| If you prefer to wear the shin guard under the skate tongue, simply subtract 1" from your measurement, which equals going one pad size down. This style provides a lighter and lower-profile fit. |
