Overview
The Sherwood Code Photon 2 Hockey Shin Guards provide reliable protection, lightweight comfort, and a low-profile fit for performance-level players. Sherwood's tapered design sits close to the legs to reduce extra bulk and provide the mobility needed for unrestricted skating, and battling hard for the puck.
FeatherLite construction uses lightweight materials to provide dependable impact protection without weighing players down. Sherwood's 360 Wrap system contours naturally around the leg for a secure, harness-like fit designed to keep the shin guards comfortably in place throughout play.
Customizable Impact Protection (CIP) gives players added control over their fit and coverage with adjustable thigh guards and removable liners for personalized comfort and protection. Inside, Microban® antimicrobial liner treatment works to combat odor-causing bacteria, keeping the shin guards feeling fresher for longer.

Sizing Chart
| GENERAL SHIN GUARD SIZING GUIDELINES | |
|---|---|
| Sitting at a 90-degree angle, measure from the bottom of your kneecap to the top of your foot parallel to your ankle and round to the nearest inch. This measurement equals your shin guard size when worn over the skate tongue. Correspond this measurement with the "Tongue In" column below. This is the most popular style since it offers more coverage and the best mobility. | |
| If you prefer to wear the shin guard under the skate tongue, simply subtract 1" from your measurement, which equals going one pad size down. This style provides a lighter and lower-profile fit. |
