The Sherwood Code Photon 1 Hockey Shin Guards provide lightweight protection and excellent mobility in a low-profile design built for competitive players. Sherwood's tapered fit keeps the shin guards close to the legs for a streamlined, comfortable feel that allows players to move naturally throughout the game.
Nitrex® impact foam reinforces the kneecap to help absorb and disperse impacts without adding unnecessary weight. FeatherLite X construction utilizes lightweight materials throughout the shin guards to balance reliable protection, flexibility, and comfort without adding extra bulk.
Sherwood's 360 Wrap system uses elongated, tapered straps to contour naturally around the leg for a secure, locked-in fit. The Customizable Impact Protection (CIP) system allows players to adjust their coverage and fit for personalized comfort and protection. A Microban® antimicrobial liner rounds out the design, helping combat odor-causing bacteria for a fresher feel every time you hit the ice.

| GENERAL SHIN GUARD SIZING GUIDELINES | |

| Sitting at a 90-degree angle, measure from the bottom of your kneecap to the top of your foot parallel to your ankle and round to the nearest inch. This measurement equals your shin guard size when worn over the skate tongue. Correspond this measurement with the "Tongue In" column below. This is the most popular style since it offers more coverage and the best mobility. | |
| If you prefer to wear the shin guard under the skate tongue, simply subtract 1" from your measurement, which equals going one pad size down. This style provides a lighter and lower-profile fit. |
