Overview
The Sherwood Code Encrypt 1 Stick is perfect for the elite playmaker looking for a featherlight feel at 400 grams (85 flex), effortless shot release, and unmatched puck control without breaking the bank.
Sherwood used their premium FeatherLite XT construction with BlackLine XXV carbon fibers to drop the weight, while these materials also help to generate massive recoil with the Energized Velocity Taper (EVT). This unique taper shape with its hybrid kick point offers versatility for playmaking shooters by serving up a quick shot release with serious power and minimal loading effort required.
For puck control and pass catching, the VR92 blade boasts a vibration reduction laminate called I92. This allows Sherwood to keep the Encrypt 1's blade stiff for pinpoint accuracy while the I92 inlay helps to keep the puck stuck to the blade like glue instead of bouncing off.

Sizing Chart
GENERAL STICK FLEX AND SIZING RECOMMENDATION | |
---|---|
We recommend choosing the hockey stick flex that puts your specific height and weight at the middlemost point in both categories. A common rule of thumb is to select a flex rating by dividing your body weight in two and subtracting another 10-15 flex points. See the flex chart and articles below for more detailed information on sizing and selecting hockey sticks. |
