Overview
The S1 Pro Knee Pads (Gen 4.5) have 40mm thick impact absorbing inner knee cups which disperses energy even more than the last version. Military grade ballistic nylon keeps the outer construction durable and strong with triple stitching at the seams. High abrasion PC knee caps are replaceable with velcro in between so there is an easy exchange for a new cap. The caps are also designed with a stable ultra flat surface that sets you up for a successful fall.
The butterfly straps are great for movement but they're also great for getting the pads on or off over or under pants and without removing your skates. The straps are articulated to have the perfect length for adjusting while preventing them from slippage.
