Overview
The Powerslide Tau Bis_onte Boots Italian skater Lorenzo Guslandi's pro model. He is one of the most talented inline freestyle slalom skaters in the world and his signature boot looks fantastic in black and yellow.
The Tau Bis_onte was made for competitive freestyle professional skaters so it certainly is ready to help freestyle lovers everywhere. This is NOT meant for newbies as they may not appreciate this kind of stiff and highly responsive boot construction. The Tau has the option to heat mold (90C) if having pressure points, or they can mold naturally with skate time. The carbon shell is painted white with a black boot upper and yellow highlights. Special clou is the bison logo on the heel and if looking close, an embedded QR code to scan can be found. This Tau boot was redesigned to be a bit more comfortable while maintaining rigidity with compression molding. Trinity mounting feels amazing for power-transfer, stability and offers a variety of frames to use this boot with.

KEY TECHNOLOGIES | |
---|---|
Trinity X Mounting The combination of the 'along' mounting block of the boot with the 'across' mounting slot of the frame. This allows for frame adjustment both laterally (7mm) and front to back (8mm) to individual preference and/or to correct ankles from wanting to roll (pronation/supination). Trinity frames mount at three points with two off-set winged mounts under the ball of the foot that creates a channel for the wheels to lower the skate, adding stability and power at push-off. |

Sizing Chart
GENERAL SKATE SIZING GUIDELINES | |
---|---|
Measure both feet with socks similar to those in which you intend to skate. Then use the measurement of the longest point and reference the model-specific size chart to determine size. How to Measure Your Feet for Skates. | |
Proper fit has the toes not being cramped against the front. Toes may slightly brush the front as heels will settle back when in the skating position. Try on skates indoors while in a seated position. Lace and buckle both skates, tap your heels to the floor, and then stand and bend your knees to simulate the skating position. Tau boots are Not true to size across all sizes. Use foot measurement to determine size (add .5cm for room at toe). |
