Powerslide Storm Nicoly Pro 80
Overview
The Powerslide Storm Nicoly Pro 80 Skates are Nicoly Machado's first-ever pro model and well deserved. The cool powder blue looks fantastic and the setup is made to weather the storm that Nicoly unleashes on her skates. She is one of the most versatile skaters in the world.
The Storm is a new mold from Powerslide (2024). It is very similar to their Imperial mold as they are designed around 165mm frame mount spacing, but they enjoy a wider fit. Inside, they hold MyFit Fat Boy dual-fit liners which are heat-moldable, removable, and very comfy with high-quality foam inside. Three closures wrap around your foot for an incredible fit, including standard lacing, a cuff buckle, and a 45-degree micro-adjustable strap. Down below they hold extruded and CNC-machined aluminum frames that are ideal for fast urban freeskating as they are light, rigid, and strong. They hold 4x80mm 88A Spinner Wheels and Wicked ABEC9 Bearings. Spinners have a full profile and are durable, fast, and great for slides.

Sizing Chart
GENERAL SKATE SIZING GUIDELINES | |
---|---|
Measure both feet with socks similar to those in which you intend to skate. Then use the measurement of the longest point and reference the model-specific size chart to determine size. How to Measure Your Feet for Skates. | |
Proper fit has the toes not being cramped against the front. Toes may slightly brush the front as heels will settle back when in the skating position. Try on skates indoors while in a seated position. Lace and buckle both skates, tap your heels to the floor, and then stand and bend your knees to simulate the skating position. Not true to size. Unisex model. Use foot measurement to determine size (add .5cm for room at toe). |
