The Powerslide Next 100 Women's Skates Pastel are adorable in their colorway in the well-beloved NEXT boots which are strong, customizable, and great on the go! The boots feel very secure with a nice rigid hardboot and MYFIT recall dual-fit liners inside. The cuffs are height adjustable so that you can get the most comfortable and supportive feel. They have three closures that secure the fit with waxed lacing, a micro-adjustable crown ratchet buckle, and a nice cuff buckle.

Down below they have the Trinity mounting that makes the power transfer feel amazing but also brings your feet closer to the ground, making them easier to balance in even with large wheels. The 100mm wheels have an 88A hardness that feels amazing on urban roads with their super high rebound. The frames are short and agile and made of ADC10 aluminum which is very strong and durable in intense skating. They do not come with a brake attached but they are compatible with HABS S/M.

KEY TECHNOLOGIES
Trinity X Mounting
The combination of the 'along' mounting block of the boot with the 'across' mounting slot of the frame. This allows for frame adjustment both laterally (7mm) and front to back (8mm) to individual preference and/or to correct ankles from wanting to roll (pronation/supination). Trinity frames mount at three points with two off-set winged mounts under the ball of the foot that creates a channel for the wheels to lower the skate, adding stability and power at push-off.

Sizing Chart

GENERAL SKATE SIZING GUIDELINES
Measure both feet with socks similar to those in which you intend to skate. Then use the measurement of the longest point and reference the model-specific size chart to determine size. How to Measure Your Feet for Skates.
Proper fit has the toes not being cramped against the front. Toes may slightly brush the front as heels will settle back when in the skating position. Try on skates indoors while in a seated position. Lace and buckle both skates, tap your heels to the floor, and then stand and bend your knees to simulate the skating position. Stunning skates, nice wider fitI was long overdue for a new pair of skates, I came over from the Powerslide Imperials which are well known for accommodating narrow feet — and I have wide feet! After several years of cramming my feet into those boots, I’m happy to report that the pinching I experienced, and the numb/ tingling toes, is no longer an issue! I ordered these Next 100’s about a month ago and they were super difficult to get my feet into initially, took me well over 5 minutes just to strap-in. From the liners to the hard shell, everything was incredibly rigid and stiff, as expected tho. I did end up warming the liners in the oven (heat moldable) and attempted to mold them to my feet. I will say, it’s been about one month of wearing these skates daily and the rigidness of the liners has yet to change much. I ended up washing them in my wash machine (do not dry them) which did help a bit! The liner’s tongue is VERY stiff and VERY puffy. This makes buckling my strap difficult. I have thin calves so I need to buckle the strap tighter than most, but I can’t get it exactly how tight I want it to be because the tongue is just so puffy and in the way. Riding on the 100mm wheels was new for me, I took them to a parking lot to test them out and the asphalt was fairly torn up. These wheels had no problem gliding over the loose gravel and cracks! Really smooth ride to be honest. Ultimately, I ended up ordering different frames for these skates because I don’t really NEED to ride on 100mm wheels everyday. I actually prefer much smaller wheels for practicing slalom skating. So I ordered the Powerslide Katana frames (4x72) off a website and they shipped from France. It was between the Katana’s and the Endless Slalom Pro frames — both are “Trinity” mounting frames, which makes everything much easier for me. What stood out to me, that I appreciated about the stock frames, was that they were on the shorter side. I have a small foot, small boot, and I don’t enjoy long frames for my type of skating, it feels very awkward. These Next 100’s have a frame length of 231mm, which I was comfortable skating on! Frames longer than this wouldn’t be within my comfort zone personally. My foot size in CM is 23.5 — so I ordered size 6.0-6.5 for these Next 100’s. I actually have some wiggle room in the toe-area because they are slightly too big, I do experience heel-lift as well. I wish there was one size below that option, I would have ordered it. For now, I’m making do with them (thicker socks, different inserts/ insoles, etc). I very much like the wider fit than my previous P.S. Imperials. My toes do not go numb at all and it’s a comfortable fit for my feet. Overall, YES, I do recommend these skates. They turn heads and ride SO smoothly. I put the stock frames and wheels on when I want to skate a trail, but I’ve been really enjoying them with the Katana frames lately for slalom. Also, can’t beat the price here on Inline Warehouse! Fantastic customer service as well, I did a lot of back and forth with their team via email to figure out which skate would best suit my needs. Lucas helped me multiple times and typically emailed me back the same day, within hours. I’ll forever be a customer here!
