The pro-inspired Tech Mesh boot offers extra stiffness that translates into more energy transfer through every stride, quick turn or deke.
The WM02 showcases the new Asymmetrical Vented Toe Cap that reduces the internal volume that creates a better connection between the foot and skating surface. It is also well vented just like the boot and the Form-Fit 2 tongue, which keeps feet cool all game long and also helps reduce drying time too.
Internally, the Inhaler WM02 features extra-large memory foam ankle pads that are incredibly comfortable and feel nearly broken in right out of the box. It also features a dual-zone, Lock Fit Liner that manages moisture while ensuring feet stay locked in all game long.

Comments: Coming from Inhaler DS3s size 9.5, these WMs are cut slightly longer and higher profile than those. These don't fit as well out of the box, have a less retentive heel cup, and a pinchy-er forefoot than I'm used to from Mission. They're also not appreciably lighter despite the pricetag, but these are roller skates. I do like the redsigned toecap, though. Less chance to catch a toenail on the vents. I'm still amazed that $500 skates don't come with orthotic footbeds. This skate is high volume enough that if you have an arch you will want a footbed (superfeet, e.g.) and that will also help put you on your toes. First few games I got a ton of foot slide and heel lift. Skates felt huge. Next few games I have laced them as tight as I can possibly get them and they're breaking in, but the downside of that is the lacebite guard isn't all that effective. Still get some heel lift. Top it all off with the tongue being a clunky fake leather material and sitting off center and the use of soft decorative materials on the exterior of the boot (I'm looking at you pleather heel cup that's shredded after a couple scrapes) and these are a strange mix of design decisions that feel more aesthetic than functional. Time will tell I suppose, but I wouldn't buy these again based on first impressions. Missions used to fit like shoes and last forever now they're mostly fancy looking.

Comments: Great roller hockey skates to replace my 5+ year old pair of WM03. I can feel the difference between the construction of my older pair and the WM02s. The WM02s have nicer construction and materials and can feel it in the fit and skating. Super fit and very comfortable after baking them in. I found these WM02s were tighter than my previous pair in the same size. I have a very wide foot and high instep and had to order up a size for a similar fit. Could be that my older pair was so broken down plus my feet getting wider as i get older? Though it all Inline Warehouse service was super helpful and I ordered the larger size to try out before mailing back the smaller pair.
