It is recommended you use MyFit Molding Socks to heat mold your MyFit Liners. Heat liners at 175-185F in an oven for 5-7 minutes. Place feet (with socks on) in liners and slide Molding Socks over them. Then place your feet (with liners on) inside your boots and lace/buckle all the way. Stay seated until liners cool.
