The F7 Optimum is a boot designed to withstand hard impacts and combines replaceable side protectors with a highly supportive dual-density shell and cuff. The black portion of the shell and cuff is softer than the brown, to better wrap around your feet when lacing, and provide comfort to the v-cut cuff more when flexing the boot while doing maneuvers. Inside are low-volume LITE-FIT Liners (removable) that are comfortable, breathable, supportive, and with lacing all the way up to the top. Together the F7 gives a more performance fit (snug and/or narrow) than others in the FE lineup. EGO CNC machined extruded 6000 aluminum frames that have the option to rocker the first and fourth wheels (76mm EU36-40, 80mm EU41-46). The setup is completed with a heel shock absorber, aluminum cuff buckles, aluminum 45-degree micro buckles, 3-position aluminum frame mounting blocks (165/195), Crocanti SHR 85A Wheels, and ABEC9 Pro Bearings. No brake is included.

Proper fit has the toes not being cramped against the front. Toes may slightly brush the front as heels will settle back when in the skating position. Try on skates indoors while in a seated position. Lace and buckle both skates, tap your heels to the floor, and then stand and bend your knees to simulate the skating position.
