The Chuffed Wanderer Skates are comfy, strong, and beautiful! They have great details and are great for any skater looking to wander in the streets or the park in style.
They have aluminum alloy plates, eyelets, and trucks making them sturdy and reliable. The uppers are made of suede leather except for the vegan options which have microfibre uppers. Inside the boots have built-in liners with a cool-lined print and an ample amount of foam padding. They have cushioned insoles that can help prevent injuries from harsh landings. A cushioned tongue with embroidered logo on the front has the eyes always watching. Underneath are black outdoor wheels at 58mm tall and 82A hardness with ABEC7 bearings that allow them to spin freely.

The perfect skates for a beginnerI recently got a surf skate and my wife mentioned wanting to try roller skating so we could go cruising around the neighborhood together. So of course, I made it a priority to surprise her with a pair of skates! After tons of research, I landed on Chuffed, thanks in large part to the other reviews about the width and comfort. She's 28, has wide lil duck feet, and a total beginner, so she had lots of anxiety getting started. But now she's completely in love with her skates! She's always saying how beautiful they are, reminding her of an old school work boot with the tan color, and says they're surprisingly comfortable.
In fact, my mom also got some skates so she could skate with us too, and she initially ordered Moxi Beach Bunnies. But after trying on those, and then my wife's skates, she immediately returned them and got a pair of Chuffed!
They both love how comfortable the suede boot is right out of the box, needing little to no break in time. The wheels are perfect for outdoor skating, we mostly skate the neighborhood streets and sidewalks and these are perfect for that terrain. All of the hardware is superior quality, and they were happy that the skates came with a y3 tool so they felt prepared to get the perfect dial in.
My wife's ONLY complaint is that she wishes the laces were a bit longer. She ended up ordering longer laces because she can't comfortably lace her foot into the skate and then all the way up the ankle with the stock laces as there's no length left to tie. But that's literally it. Otherwise, she calls these the perfect skates and says when she finally wears them out she'll just get another pair of Chuffed!
SweetSoooo comfortable and smooth. I had cheap skates before so these were a major upgrade. They look amazing and they feel amazing too- I Love them!
My FaveThese are so comfortable, so cute and just a dream to skate on. I really appreciate that they come stock with soft cushions. I've changed out the wheels but otherwise they are perfect as is for trails and rolling around my neighborhood. I am a 9.5-10 women's shoe and I'd say my feet are wide. In my size 9 Moxi Panthers (which I also love) I have to lace to make the toe box roomier + add insoles. With Chuffed I wear a size 8, lace them normally and have no discomfort. 1000% recommend supporting and skating Chuffed!!
