Overview
The CCM Vizion Stick is a game-changer for players who demand the very best in performance and cutting-edge technology. Featuring an ultra-low kick point, revolutionary ALUPLI construction, and the brand-new asymmetrical upper handle, the Vizion delivers an even quicker shot release, significantly improved durability, and handling comfort unlike anything else on the market.
The five-sided, asymmetrical, and anatomically designed handle is noticeably wider and more comfortable in the hands, plus even helps reduce wrist strain as the game progresses. In a senior sized shaft, the standard shaft circumference is 3.5" while the widest part of the asymmetrical handle is 3.75". It transitions seamlessly into RibCor-like shaft dimensions through the middle and lower thirds of the shaft, especially with the E-Geometry asymmetrical taper.
To better reinforce this hot rod of a stick, CCM introduces the innovative ALUPLI composite construction, where aluminum layers are integrated with carbon fiber. This design is key to its superlight (375-gram) feel, complemented by the new Ultralight (UL1) blade core. Despite the reduced weight, the redesigned blade core maintains an excellent, balanced feel in the hands while providing consistent puck control and long-lasting durability. Similarly, the new 1/4" blade curves increase the height 1/4" in the heel of the blade, on par with the industry-standard max blade height design, making it better for taking faceoffs, tipping pucks and overall control.

GENERAL STICK FLEX AND SIZING RECOMMENDATION | |
---|---|
We recommend choosing the hockey stick flex that puts your specific height and weight at the middlemost point in both categories. A common rule of thumb is to select a flex rating by dividing your body weight in two and subtracting another 10-15 flex points. See the flex chart and articles below for more detailed information on sizing and selecting hockey sticks. |
