The molded knee cap helps disperse impact energy away from the joint, while D3O Zero lines the pad to add another layer of protection against falls, blocked shots, and contact along the boards. Extended calf guard coverage also helps wrap more securely around the lower leg for improved protection where young players need it most.
An upper lock strap and comfortable calf strap make it easy to dial in a secure fit that stays in place through strides, crossovers, and quick direction changes. The removable D3O Zero liner adds soft cushioning against the leg and can be taken out to speed up drying time or washed between games, helping young players stay comfortable and ready for the next shift.

| GENERAL SHIN GUARD SIZING GUIDELINES |

| Sitting at a 90-degree angle, measure from the bottom of your kneecap to the top of your foot parallel to your ankle and round to the nearest inch. This measurement equals your shin guard size when worn over the skate tongue. Correspond this measurement with the "Tongue In" column below. This is the most popular style since it offers more coverage and the best mobility. | |
| If you prefer to wear the shin guard under the skate tongue, simply subtract 1" from your measurement, which equals going one pad size down. This style provides a lighter and lower-profile fit. |
