Great budget skatesI got these as my first official skates. I didn't want to spend too much as I learned how to power skate. At first, my feet would hurt every time I skated but I added the power cushions and it made it way better.
Starter skateGood inexpensive starting skate. Can develop form and technique on it while not breaking the bank. The only thing that sucks is that they aren't bakeable and the blades aren't replaceable. Other than that, I recommend it!
My kid loves themGot these for my son to practice skating and he was thrilled to have his own skates! They are a good quality skate and he'll outgrow them before they even start to show signs of wear! IW had them at a great price so I bought 2 pairs and 2 different sizes for him! Shipping was fast and everything was in good condition when it arrived!
Better than the rentalsI got these because I needed something better than the rental skates for the LTS class. Once I got on the ice with these I was able to do all the techniques that they were teaching us, that I couldn't do in the rentals. I'm having much more fun now.
Nice skates but poor sharpeningMy daughter loves these skates, but I thought it strange when she fell on the ice within seconds of wearing them for the first time. (She’s been skating for years.) She fell two more times and the last time she knocked the wind out of herself and came off the ice crying. We took them to the pro shop where they saw that they were not sharpened properly. After we had them sharpened, they have been good skates.

Great skates and super lightI have not skated for over 20 years and was amazed at how light and sharp the skates were. They work great and the delivery was fast.
Comfortable low priced skatesWe play hockey together as a family and debated getting the recreational skates but went with these instead and are not disappointed.
Excellent value!I am brand new to ice hockey and didn't want to invest too much money in all of the equipment in case I didn't like it. I got these skates as they are about the cheapest there are from a reputable brand for adults. I have been using these since January in a 9-week-long mens learn-to-play clinic, a few public skate sessions, and in a couple of pickup games. These skates have held up super well and give a ton of foot and ankle support as long as you get the size just right for your feet. The only downside to these is the laces began to tear in a few spots after about 4 sessions because the part of the skate boot where they bend towards the next eyelet is not a padded or rounded edge and that wore on them quickly. I upgraded to waxed laces and haven't had that issue since. I highly recommend these skates for beginners or anyone that wants to spend the least amount of money.
Exactly what you want for the priceGreat skates for what they are. Don't expect a miracle. You can't bake them, can't replace the blades, can't do much other than strap them on and skate… but they do that perfectly, and that's all you're paying for. I'll be upgrading out of these in a year or so, but in the meantime, they're perfect at their job.
Great Value!I wanted a good quality skate to go to the rink with my daughter. These were excellent right out of the box. Like any hard shell footwear, you could do a little customization for better comfort and performance if you wanted to or just go right out of the box. These are of great value. Money well spent.
