The CCM JetSpeed Xtra Special Edition Glove for 2025 has grabbed a few key features of the FT8 to elevate the build of the FT880. Most notable is the premium spec Sensalast palm, which comes with an embossed overlay and perforated fingers, providing an incredible stick connection and grip for your stick. With the addition of a three-piece index finger and 3D mesh ventilation port in the thumb, the Xtra SE gives players added stick control and a taste of CCM's incredible breathability found in the FT8.

Internally, a black sublimated liner is complemented by Polygiene Technology, another sneaky upgrade that is usually only found in the top price points. Polygiene works constantly to eliminate odors caused by sweat and moisture, ensuring your glove stays fresh season after season. The protection package is comprised of thick standard foams and a layer of PE inserts to give the competitive player reliable protection against stick traffic and battles in the corners.
