Overview
The CCM FTW Women's Helmet with Cage isn't just a smaller men's shell, it's a specifically designed shell-and-liner package that gives women a comfortable, locked-in fit that's been missing in the game. Plus, it's fully loaded with advanced tech for elite protection and moisture management.
Using female head scans and player feedback, CCM tuned the shell and liner to allow for a flatter forehead, a more oval shape, and a tighter occipital lock to match the anatomical differences between men's and women's heads. This results in immediate comfort and more importantly, it prevents unnecessary helmet shifting that could create gaps in protection. To top it off, the ADPT360 3D adjustment system ensures a personalized fit by allowing front-to-back and side-to-side adjustments while the integrated pony-tail slot alleviates unnecessary pressure.
From a materials and technology standpoint, the FTW uses proven protection and airflow features from CCM's Tacks 920. Extensive shell air vents are backed by 3D printed Nest Tech, which pulls cool air in through the front and forces hot air out the top and rear vents. That ventilation works with R3FLEX 3-in-1 foam, which is immediately comfortable and excels at protecting from all levels of impacts.
Last but not least, you can customize the three CCM logos with up to seven different colors (sold separately in the Logo Sticker Kit). Need spare liners or sweatbands? Pick up the Replacement Band 2-Pack to keep your helmet fresh between games.
