Powerslide Phuzion Radon 80 Men's & Women's

Comfort: 10/10

The Phuzion Radons have all the features of a top end fitness boot at an entry level price. Engineered with Triple Density Padding, these skates are one of the most comfortable boots on the market. With a reworked shell and comfort cruising wheels, Powerslide delivers one of the best rides money can buy.

Ease: 8/10

The 4x80 configuration combined with Powerslide’s unique Trinity mounting 3-point system give these skates a low center of gravity with better power transfer and vibration control. Adjust and customise the aluminum casted frame from front to back and side to side to find your perfect stance.

Value: 10/10

These skates provide the best bang for your buck if you’re looking for an entry level skate that you can use for years to come. The Phuzion Radon checks all of our boxes for a comfortable performance boot that can support a three or four wheeled set-up.

Classic Hardboot (Most Fun)

Comfort: 7/10

While molded plastic boots have a reputation of being restricting, the wider fit of the RB models means that you can rock the classic style in comfort!

Ease: 9/10

The small wheel size makes it easy to maneuver and the hard shell provides excellent support. These are going to be heavier than their soft boot counterparts so you may need some time to get used to the weight.

Value: 9/10

These skates are by far the most durable on the list, making them perfect for those looking for a long term investment.

High Performance

Comfort: 9/10

One of the more comfortable brands on the market, these boots come with K2 SoftBoots which are incredibly comfortable and have great ventilation. Known for being comfortable right out of the box with no break-in required you’ll be skating as soon as you receive these skates.

Ease: 8/10

The composite plastic frames in combination with 80mm 80A wheels make it easy to manage speed and help to dampen vibrations. One of the easier skates to skate right away with the ability to upgrade to harder wheels later on, increasing performance and speed as you develop as a skater.

Value: 8/10

Although they may not make our “Skates under $150” cutoff, there is no doubt you are getting more than what you pay for with these skates. A skate that will last and has the ability to grow with you as your skills improve. K2 did a great job bringing a high performance skate in at an introductory price.
