Overview
The Bauer Nexus Performance Youth Sticks were designed for the young superstar playing competitive hockey and is looking for a stick to get the job done right. Bauer didn't take an adult stick, shrink it and call it a youth stick but instead strategically built this from top to bottom with the youth hockey player in mind.
First, the high-end 15K carbon fiber blade with the full unidirectional carbon fiber shaft makes this Nexus stick a real performer. These two materials help to put as much power behind the player's shot as possible. Similarly, the Launch Flex Technology allows the stick to load easier and more effectively, which results in more power too.
Finally, the Cell Core Blade Construction provides excellent feedback and a directly connected feel from the hands to the puck. The premium internal foams also make catching passes and stickhandling a breeze too.

Sizing Chart
GENERAL STICK FLEX AND SIZING RECOMMENDATION | |
---|---|
We recommend choosing the hockey stick flex that puts your specific height and weight at the middlemost point in both categories. A common rule of thumb is to select a flex rating by dividing your body weight in two and subtracting another 10-15 flex points. See the flex chart and articles below for more detailed information on sizing and selecting hockey sticks. |
