Overview
The Bauer Nexus E4 Stick clocks in at an incredible 430 grams (85 flex) and boasts one of the most popular and effortless shot releases in the game today. The full 15K carbon fiber construction works with the unique ER Spine Technology to make this the lightest Bauer stick ever at this price.
Another big improvement this year is the Dual Cell Core blade. The dual-density foam construction provides the dampened blade feel that has been a staple in the Nexus Line for years. The upper half of the foam construction is a stiffer, lighter foam material that helps to maintain accuracy while shedding weight from a crucial area too.

GENERAL STICK FLEX AND SIZING RECOMMENDATION | |
---|---|
We recommend choosing the hockey stick flex that puts your specific height and weight at the middlemost point in both categories. A common rule of thumb is to select a flex rating by dividing your body weight in two and subtracting another 10-15 flex points. See the flex chart and articles below for more detailed information on sizing and selecting hockey sticks. |
