| Step 1. | Remove both helmet liner inserts and place on a baking sheet |
| Step 2. | Pre-heat oven to 200F (94C) |
| Step 3. | Place the helmet liners and baking sheet in the oven for 5 minutes |
| Step 4. | Remove the baking sheet with the liners using an oven mitt |
| Step 5. | Put the liners back into the helmet, adjust the helmet tightly and wear it for 5 minutes |
| CAREFUL: The helmet liners will be hot out of the oven | |
