Inline Frame Adjustments

By Stan | January 2020

A standard alignment is with the frame centered on each of the mounting points. If you know that your ankles tend to roll or give you can adjust the alignment of the frame to help support your stride. When making these adjustments, you will want to move frame the same direction as the problem you are trying to correct:

  • Pronation (ankles rolling inward) - adjust the front of the frame towards the big toe.
  • Supination (ankles rolling outward) - adjust the front of the frame towards the pinky toe.

When making these adjustments, start small! A few millimeters can make a big difference. We suggest slowly adjusting your frames and trying them out as you go. Once you're satisfied with your alignment, tighten the mounting bolts as tight as you can get them by hand (applying blue thread locker if available). Do not use power tools or apply other forms of leverage. For more detailed information on how to properly align your frames, check out the video below!
