Overview
The Warrior Ritual G7.1 Pro Goalie Catcher ushers in top-tier performance and comfort for the highly competitive goalie. Internally, it has a sewn-in liner that comes with a 75° break angle, giving the hand an index finger to low-thumb closure. The G7.1 Pro has longer dimensions at the fingers, which creates a longer catching shape than the G7 Pro model.
It boasts Warrior's HyperComp reinforced core, giving the competitive goalie a durable yet highly protective catcher. Along with a redesigned cuff shape, the G7 Pro excels at mobility for snagging pucks trying to make their way to the top corner.
Built with Warriors CoverEDGE+, the face of the catcher in the game-ready stance has a slightly forward position to cut down the angle of an incoming shooter. This angle reduces pucks skipping over the catcher and keeps rebounds within arm's reach. It also helps goalies have better control over their goalie stick when dishing outlet passes or clearing the zone.
The pocket features a double tee design for a more precise closure that captures and secures saves quickly. A double tee design also provides a quicker release of the puck for the goalie who likes to keep the play alive or dish a play for a breakout opportunity. Warrior has incorporated their innovative AxyFlex design which stabilizes the outer perimeter of the pocket, ensuring pucks are channeled directly to the center.
