Overview
The Warrior Alpha LX 30 Shin Guard provides an anatomical fit around the leg that gives a low profile while offering great protection for the competitive hockey player. Impact energy is handled by the hard molded plastic knee and shin shell with plenty of calf coverage thanks to more molded plastic and standard foam.
The leg sits against a very soft and plush liner that does a great job of wicking away sweat and moisture. It's removable too, allowing players to take it out after games for a better drying experience or throw it in the wash when it starts to get smelly. The LX 30 then utilizes two elastic straps to keep protection locked down all game long.

| GENERAL SHIN GUARD SIZING GUIDELINES |

| Sitting at a 90-degree angle, measure from the bottom of your kneecap to the top of your foot parallel to your ankle and round to the nearest inch. This measurement equals your shin guard size when worn over the skate tongue. Correspond this measurement with the "Tongue In" column below. This is the most popular style since it offers more coverage and the best mobility. | |
| If you prefer to wear the shin guard under the skate tongue, simply subtract 1" from your measurement, which equals going one pad size down. This style provides a lighter and lower-profile fit. |
