Tour used their new Core-Flex boot that better hugs the natural shape of the foot, along with reinforced ankle support that helps the skate last and perform better.

Internally, the Tour Code LX boasts extra-plush padding that is heat-moldable, which is a standout feature at this price. This allows players to reduce break-in time and to achieve a custom-like fit before they ever hit the rink. Lastly, the high-performance  Kemistry Niton Wheels were designed to be used on most surfaces like smooth concrete, sport court tile and wood; but you will want to pick up a set of dedicated outdoor wheels if you plan on skating on rough asphalt.

Grandson loves themI purchased these for my 9yr. old grandson for Christmas four days before Christmas. Even though it said 2 day shipping I just knew with the holiday they wouldn’t arrive on time. They arrived in that time and he was so happy on Christmas Day. He has already used them at our local rink several times and again last night before the skating rink told me how much better he can skate with them. Great company and product that I would recommend to anyone.

Happy with the skates and great serviceOverall I’m happy with the skates. They could likely be heat molded to my feet as they are in need of some work in, obviously. I personally wear them for 3 hours (minimum) a week … any less and you may have an issue breaking them in. The wheels they came with seem to get chewed up pretty well on tougher concrete. The tips of the chassis by the front wheels could use some protection perhaps as there is already visible wear and I’ve had them for a month. Hopefully not an issue in the future.

Not greatI have had the skates for a few weeks playing about one to two times a week indoors and the right skate inside lining is opening up. (Not comfortable at all) I have had several tour skates over the years and loved them.

Amazing value, great skates!Like many, I'm just getting back into skating after a long layoff. Grew up playing hockey, ice skating and rollerblading (with awful rollerblades...), so I knew I wanted a roller hockey skate. While I understand the Hi-Lo concept, I'm just trying to skate, so didn't see an advantage in that over other skates, and these Tour skates seemed like the best value option. I am beyond pleased with these skates, how well they feel on my feet, great support, robust, no hot spots, and provided all of the nostalgia I was aiming for. I will be lucky if I can ever skate enough to wear these things out, and if I do, I'd absolutely get another pair of Tour skates.
