Comments: The jock ran a bit small. I fit easily in the adult large. However, I also bought one for my son who is 15. The teen cup is way to small for his age. After trying on the large, we ended up getting him the adult XL cup so be cautious for older teens.

Comments: The Shock Doctor jock and cup combo is the best. The jock is even snug enough for sports where the cup isn't necessary, and it has a narrower waistband that makes it good under swimwear. However, Shock Doctor adult sizes run a bit small. Usually I wear a medium size in jock and regular adult cup, but with this brand I find the large size jock and XL cup (dark blue) to be a better fit. I am small build, too. I suggest buying one size up. Product is the best, but keep size in mind

Comments: Users should be aware of the fact that the cup runs a bit small, at least in the adult sizes. The XL or dark blue trimmed cup might be a more comfortable fit than the standard adult cup (black). Many guys have said this.
