Overview
The Sherwood Rekker Youth Stick is the perfect pick for the competitive youth hockey looking for seriously upgraded performance to get to the next level. Compared to entry-level models, Sherwood used elite technologies and materials that make it easier than ever for the young superstars to snipe and dangle like Connor Bedard.
Much like the flagship Rekker Morph Pro, this stick boasts BlackLine XXV carbon fiber and a speared one-piece construction that feels and plays like an elite-level model. For the player that tends to shoot in-tight near the net and like to score with quickness, the Duo-Fire Low Kick Point makes this happen easier and more effortless.
Lastly, Sherwood included a new PP92M max blade height curve option in the 30 flex and 40 flex options. This increasingly popular option in large sizes provides key puck control advantages while taking faceoffs, corner battles, shot tips and more.

GENERAL STICK FLEX AND SIZING RECOMMENDATION | |
---|---|
We recommend choosing the hockey stick flex that puts your specific height and weight at the middlemost point in both categories. A common rule of thumb is to select a flex rating by dividing your body weight in two and subtracting another 10-15 flex points. See the flex chart and articles below for more detailed information on sizing and selecting hockey sticks. |
