The Rollerblade Twister XT Skates for Women has an all-new fit to improve on arguably the most popular urban skates ever. Black, white, and pink accents have them looking exceptional. Extra black laces are included if wanting to tone them down a bit. The shell is lighter, the liners are enhanced, the fit is better, and sizing is made easier.

The Twister boot is loaded with features, starting with a modified, lighter shell from previous versions. Skate Liner Plus v-cut liners use upgraded cushioning, improving fit, breathability, and performance. The Comfort Flex Tongue uses a complex plastic outer piece with cushioned wings that facilitates support and flex. It allows for a tight, comfortable, and consistent wrap around the shin for improved control without any lace bite.  Neoprene stretch toes work together with Footboard Sizers that can be placed under Performance Plus Insoles to change size by a half size. This makes sizing easy and is nice for those suffering from swollen feet on long skate sessions.  Removable sliders, shock absorbers in the heel, and dual-buckle closures are also featured. Underneath are strong and responsive extruded aluminum frames (removable and adjustable) mounted to aluminum mounting blocks in the boot to enhance synergy and control. Twincam ILQ-9 Classic Plus Bearings and Rollerblade's high-quality Hydrogen 85A Wheels.

Actually incredibleThese blades are SO responsive and fun. Learning to do some tricks have been an absolute blast on these. I go out several times a week and have had them a couple months now. They are such a joy to ride and come equipped with top notch gear. I have wider feet and there is some pressure on my bigger foot but they seem pretty true to size if not a little tiny bit narrow for me. Love just about everything about them.

Twister XT 80 mm and 110 mmThe only thing better then the Rollerblade Twister XT is the rollerblade Twister XT with 110 mm wheels. Just like the Twister XT 80 mm, it has the same great design, great engineering, very snug, comfortable fit. The Hydrogen wheels with the K2 bearings are exceptionally smooth and very fast. As a relative beginner I was a little concerned about the stability of the bigger wheels but I found the skate to be very stable and very easy to skate. It's a much smoother, faster (seemingly 2x) ride so make sure you know how to stop and as always, wear your pads., especially if your just learning.

Awesome skates, I suggest sizing downThese skates are great! I originally wanted to purchase the FR1's, but I could not find them in the size I wanted, so I went with these. My street shoe size is a women's 7-7.5, and after reading some reviews of these skates I decided not to size down. I ended up having to return them and get a 6-6.5 since my foot slid around in the 7-7.5. Don't worry if your toes are a bit snug, the liner does break in quite a bit. I suggest taking the liner out and trying them on again. If your foot fits comfortably in the shell with 1/4-1/2 inches of space all around you will be fine. Unlike other customers, I actually found the boot to be a bit wide for my liking. However I come from figure skating so I'm used to my foot being squeezed from all sides and having a lot of ankle support, your preference may vary.

Great skates, but definitely needs adjustmentI have two pairs of these. My feet are in a weird inbetween sizing, and mondo i am ~25.5 cm. So i have a size 8 and a size 9 pairs, with the smaller one great for really feeling like the skates are part of my feet but super cramped, and the others being much more comfortable. They both ride great with stock setups. My critiques are that the shells are very narrow, which is great if you got narrow feet, but I have flat feet so they cause blisters. Which isn't too big an issue once they callous. My biggest problem is the ankle cuff pain. There is little liner protection and the narrowness of the shell wraps too tight around my ankle bone causing a lot of pain after only a little while of riding these days. These aren't very easy to heat mold (at least with a regular hair dryer at home...). Otherwise, if you got a way to punch out the boot or better liners, they're great for urban skating.
