Overview
Rollerblade TwinCam ILQ-7 Plus Inline Skate Bearings. Rollerblade teamed up with TwinCam for good reason. TwinCam makes bearings with inline skating in mind. They are high quality and easily serviced. 7-ball bearings with a nylon retainer on one side (should face the center of the wheel when installed) and a metal shield on the other. Japanese Kyodo grease is used for lubrication.
