The Rollerblade REVV BOA 125 Skates are the perfect cross-over from competitive fitness and racing, with elements that optimize your performance while keeping comfort in mind. Carbon fiber shells keep the skate lightweight and precise with an anatomical shape that feels amazing. The perfect fit should be easy to achieve as they have a footboard sizer that essentially allows each boot to accommodate a full size (i.e. 9.0-9.5). Insert for a more responsive fit or remove for extra room. Boa lacing makes the skate more efficient and easier to take off and put on. With the twist of a button, Boa lacing gives a consistent wrap plus there are no laces to worry about going astray!

Underneath the Rival frames are made of extruded aluminum which is great for durability as well as energy transfer. They hold a longer wheelbase making the 3x125mm wheels feel more stable and better for longer rides. The Hydrogen wheels that come on the skate are well-loved and made in the US, and they come with Twincam ILQ-9 Classic Plus bearings that are made for speed.

Sizing Chart

GENERAL SKATE SIZING GUIDELINES
Measure both feet with socks similar to those in which you intend to skate. Then use the measurement of the longest point and reference the model-specific size chart to determine size. How to Measure Your Feet for Skates.
Proper fit has the toes not being cramped against the front. Toes may slightly brush the front as heels will settle back when in the skating position. Try on skates indoors while in a seated position. Lace and buckle both skates, tap your heels to the floor, and then stand and bend your knees to simulate the skating position. Good skateMuch better than the plastic 125mm 3 wheel rollerblade skate I commented on recently. These look all business with a nifty lower boot closure knob that tightens nylon string versus using a traditional lace. (I really hope that was well tested - if it breaks, all bets are off). Sizing is different than in the past - I was always size 10 in rollerblade, now they have a combo 10-10.5 which is a bit big for my foot. Still early days, but these skates seem to perform well - I may come back with an update after I log a few hundred more miles.

Fast all-around skateThese blades are very comfortable and have a great support. I love the fact that there are no laces. Be careful don't tighten the mechanism too tight, otherwise, it could twist the tightening mechanism out of socket. I used to have to tape my ankles now with new blades and great ankle support I do not have to take my ankles at all and i can easily blade 10-15 miles without my feet not being covered in blisters. I had to use the insert to keep my feet tighter in the boot.

BOA laces is a mustI am size 9-1/2 and only con I have is they run small. I had to take out the cushion underneath in order for them to fit. But beside that these skates are light and Perfect to commute to work. I’m addicted to cardio, I normally do 100 miles minimum a week, and they still work fine. Will definitely be getting them again but this time I will be ordering a size bigger unless in the future they can make them with one size instead of two in one.

For wide feetAfter trying a few other models, and because I have a wife foot (4E new balance to give an idea), those are perfect. Very tight in the heel, need some local heat molding for the heel ("suggested" by Rollerblade customer service). But absolutely comfortable and performs pretty well. At the opposite of other rollerblade models, like Evo Pro 125 (need at least 2 sizes bigger), those for your real length of foot.
