Roces M12 Lo Team Buio Skates. Made almost entirely from recycled materials so that you can say you are doing your part while shredding it at the park. Pronounced be-yu-oy, it means darkness or without light. This mysterious M12 Lo has memory foam liners and anti-shock footbeds. The shell and cuff are 97% from recycled PU, plates are 97% from recycled PA, frames are 97% from recycled PA + Glass Fiber, anti-rocker wheels are 97% from recycled PVC and the liner padding is 100% recycled polyurethane. The BUIO (pronounced be-yu-oy) means darkness or without light, and it is definitely dark and mysterious.

M12 Lo Skates have lower cut liners and harder PU shells than original M12s. Otherwise the fit is similar (narrow). 58mm 88A wheels (anti-rocker setup), ABEC5 bearings and aluminum spacers. No brake.

Majestic 12's ruleSome people don't understand how ratings work and gave these skates 3 stars because they were too narrow... Duh. You give 3 stars because the quality is bad or they are designed poorly, not because you failed to purchase the correct skate for your foot. These skates have been around a long time and there is plenty of info out there on them. Really grinds my gears.

Sophie's roller bladesI purchased these roller blades for my 13 year old granddaughter who wants to take after her Uncle who was a pretty good skater before he passed away at the age of 24. It makes my heart skip a beat seing her take after an uncle she never even knew.

Not for slightly wide feetI typically wear a size 13 US (30cm) shoe and I purchased these in a 14. They still did not fit. I have a slightly wide foot but it felt like there were at least 3 pinch points. If you have narrower feet they may work fine for you. But the sizing is definitely off regardless. I ended up with the Echo Verve is size 13 and they are slightly small for me but don’t rub or pinch me anywhere. Other skates that seemed better for wide feet include the FR UFRs or the Rollerblade SKs but they didn’t make a big enough option for me. Hope this review is helpful for others.

Comments: Been skating on these now for a couple of months. New to aggressive skating, but I've been skating overall for 30 years. I upgraded the frame to Element 2 frames by Kizer for long term durability concerns. I didn't care for the anit-rocker setup. Felt it inhibited my agility in the skate park. The stock liner is comfortable. Will be purchasing a heel support or insole to provide needed shock absorption. The memory upper buckle is great to lace up your skates quickly and clip that buckle in to retain the same tightness you previously had it set at. Time saver when you just want to get out and skate. Seems to be a time-tested design and a good skate for someone starting out in the aggressive arena like me. Oh and I upgraded the bearings as well. The stock bearings were painfully slow on ramps and trying to get some speed before attempting a grind or jump. To wrap this up, clean looking skate, solid construction, decent liner, and priced affordably for the product.
