Not IdealThe talking point in regard to the skate tool is hands down the price. There are those old adages, "You get what you pay for," and, "The poor man [woman] pays twice." Unfortunately, this is one of those circumstances. I rotated the wheels on my skates and the tool broke within the first couple of minutes. The spot where the Alan-wrench attachment fits into the tool, I.e., the plastic part, started spinning instantaneously. I used Loctite to beef up the metal on plastic bits but have yet to see if it stands up to moderate pressure. I imagine it won't work for very long, so more or less, it's a "test." I don't believe there's an excuse when it comes to the durability of a brand-new tool, regardless of the price. Aesthetically, it's a good-looking tool, but expecting it to perform as advertised isn't much to ask in my opinion. I have to wonder if other customers have had the same experience. The next issue is that the "Star Key" is WAY too large to fit into the hardware of my Remz 2.5 soul piece/s. The screws on soul plates is typically universal, E.g., it should fit the majority of skate frames. Additionally, the 'Star Key,' is extremely short so there literally isn't a single spot on my skates that allows me to use that piece. Powerslide is normally a great company that manufactures stellar products, however, in this instance they missed the mark, so to speak.
