The Luminous LED Inline Wheels create a whole new element of fun while skating, and the White Glow even has a glow-in-the-dark feature. LED lighted wheels can be seen any time of day, but really pop in the dark. Installs like any other wheel. LED lights function when used with an included spacer that fixates in the center of the wheel. All you need to do is enjoy the show!
85A hardness Luminous wheels are great for outdoor skating both recreationally and urban freestyle. Some of the wheels have a glow-in-the-dark feature. The wheels will work with 6mm axles however they will not have the light-up effect unless used on 8mm axles. The lights also have an average of 100+ hours of light time (experience may vary).
NOTE: Includes 8mm spacer needed to 'light up' the wheels. If your skates/wheels use 6mm axles and you want to get in on the fun, purchase Axle Adaptor Sleeves available separately. This allows for 6mm axles to act as 8mm.

Good wheels without lightingThe wheels themselves (80mm apple green) look good and ride well, nice hardness, fairly flat profile. But the spacers that turn on the LEDs really seem to slow them down. I swapped in regular spacers and they rolled great.

Just perfectI was pleasantly surprised by these LED inline skating wheels – they're simply perfect. While I'm not a speed skater, I didn't find them slow in the slightest. They're great for casual skating around city streets, and they definitely enhance my visibility and safety.
Check out my first session with them:

Purp good Black badI am giving this 4 stars because the purple wheels light up well but the black wheels luminate at a fraction of what the purple wheels do. Makes me wish I would have gone with a different color but the opacity seems to be the same between the two so I am unsure if it is even a color-based problem.

Ideal for street skatingI only street skate in the evening and also do slalom with these wheels, so it's a perfect balance. The durometer of the wheel is perfect for asphalt and it doesn't eat your wheels too much being 85a. I don't use these for speed and I'm satisfied when I slalom before needing replacement after 6-8 months.

Not for speed but cool at nightThey are great wheels. They slide great too. But when it's time to skate, it's like skating on molasses. No matter what bearings I use the magnet spacer will always be too wide for a real inline sk8 wheel spin. But actually, the wheels feel great with a regular spacer but no lights. They look cool at night but will slow me down too much. I’m trying to fly!
