Overview
Luigino Strut Striker Inline Speed Skates are among the more popular inline speed packages for cross-training and racing. It targets experienced skaters looking to step up their game. The Strut Boot provides stability, comfort, and confidence by incorporating high-level race boot technology such as a stiff carbon fiber base, with various high-density foams strategically located to enhance fit and performance.
Heat molding is required to obtain a comfortable fit. This can be done via traditional oven heat or with AquaTech Technology (instructions included with purchase). High-density sole padding, Poron ankle padding, and pre-shaped latex foam around the tendon (Pro-Back Technology) offer comfort where many other speed boots do not.
Some assembly is required.

Sizing Chart
GENERAL SKATE SIZING GUIDELINES | |
---|---|
Measure both feet with socks similar to those in which you intend to skate. Then use the measurement of the longest point and reference the model-specific size chart to determine size. How to Measure Your Feet for Skates. | |
Proper fit has the toes not being cramped against the front. Toes may slightly brush the front as heels will settle back when in the skating position. Try on skates indoors while in a seated position. Lace and buckle both skates, tap your heels to the floor, and then stand and bend your knees to simulate the skating position. Luigino boots are NOT true to size. Small sizes run large and large sizes run small. Use foot measurement (add .5cm for room at the toe) to determine size. |
