Sizing Chart
| HOCKEY WHEEL HARDNESS GUIDELINES | |
|---|---|
| Roller hockey wheel hardness or durometer should be decided on factors like a player's weight, skill level and playing surface. The higher the durometer rating, the harder the wheel. For example +2 wheels (similar to an 80A wheel hardness) are built for players up to 230 lbs while +0 wheels (similar to 76A hardness) are designed for players up to 180 lbs. More advanced players can also benefit from harder wheels since they can utilize the extra rebound and speed. |
| KONIXX NOVA WHEEL HARDNESS CHART | ||
|---|---|---|
| Konixx's "+" rating allows players to obtain the perfect balance between speed and grip based on a player's body weight and skill level. If you find yourself between two stiffness ratings based on your body weight, we suggest the softer of the two options for beginner to intermediate skaters and the stiffer of the two for advanced skaters. | ||
| Level of Play | +0 (similar to 76A) | Surface |
| Recreational | Up to 180 lbs | Indoor |
| Performance | Up to 170 lbs | Indoor |
| Elite | Up to 170 lbs | Indoor |
| * - If you are over 230 lbs, we cannot warranty the Pure wheel against breakage. If you are, we recommend one of Konixx's single-pour wheels such as the Pulsar-X or the Catalyst2. Any purchases outside of the recommended stiffnesses above may result in voiding your warranty. | ||
